Rosemary is a favorite herb with many uses. It is a favorite because of uses in flavoring soups, stew, salads and many other vegetable dishes. A strong flavored herb, it doesn’t take much to impart the distinct flavor and aroma to dishes.
Rosemary is easy to grow with some varieties being tender to frost, while others will live for years in colder climates, even blooming with tiny blue flowers in January. Much preferred is the hardy variety, officinalis. Continue reading

Angel Tree, Famous in Charleston, SC
